  • We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Usawa ERP, including all software, design, logos, and content, remains the intellectual property of Rotech Solutions.

  • You may not reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the system without permission.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to your billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Rotech Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Usawa ERP.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the last 12 months.
